KJV is my favorite but when I read something I don't quite understand I always go to this site for clarity. Different translations will have me like whoaaaa lol

IT has been a WHILE since I've done this.
Somewhere along the way I got off track. Not really doing anything that I don't think God would approve of, but I got lazy. Slack.
I was talking to a friend this morning and I told her one of my prayers was for God to bless me so I can truly be a blessing.I have some plans of things I would love to do for others but sometimes I can't because resources are limited. My heart is in the right place but my resources are limited.
I want God to change that.
It's not all about me and my family. Yes we are truly blessed but sometimes I want to do more for others.
It's an area I'm truly working in.
I always give of my time, but I'm about to start giving more.
I'm excited and I can not WAIT for God to open these doors!
Can you tell I'm excited!? I am EXCITED.
Watch for my testimony. Just watch. I'm about to sit back and watch God work!
If y'all have a minute listen to this song. It was written by a local musician. I LOVE THIS SONG. They got extra crunk!! YESSSSSSSSSSSS
God can do ANYTHING but fail!!! TRY HIM AND WATCH GOD WORK!!!
I'm not perfect, just striving to be the woman God wants me to be. Keeping my life lined up with the WORD!
Opening your blog page was a blessing to me this morning...the meditations of my heart, resounded the same...Truly, God has a way of dealing with my "struggles." Your scripture post was just what I needed to read, I needed that Soul Food.

may I suggest, prom dresses for some lucky underprivileged girl who may be able to attend because it. That is way to use your God given sewing talent to help others.

My father used to say "speak right, because your mouth may be the only bible folks read today."
Your resources are never limited if you have a brain and your mouth. Our time is important in this society now, and you cannot over-commit; you burn out. But you can always give encouragement –– that's easy!

So happy that you are not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I pray my Sister in Christ that God will give you the desires of your heart. I know what it feels like to have a heart to give but your resources are limited. Being walking in that for a while now BUT I know that what I can give is prayer and that is able to go and do what I can't. Love You and God Bless.

I like the idea of making a prom dress for a girl. I am sure that someone in your church, or a teacher at your daughter's school know of a young women that would be blessed by your gift. I am sure that she would feel God's grace and love through your generosity. It would be like tithing a 10th of your crop in Deut. 22. And remember, we always fall short, but we shouldn't ever stop running the race or fighting the good fight. Best wishes. I will pray for you:)

Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Ps 37:4. Girl, just because your heart is in the right place he will honor it. I know exactly what you mean. I feel the same way. Until I get the EXTRA I'm going to boost giving with what I have. I know God will provide the increase when he sees fit. I know you're doing tons with just being transparent on your blog. You have such an honest heart. I'm sure you're blessing more people than you know!!!!
