Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs large raw shrimp (deveined with shells on)
Canola oil (for frying)
1 cup green onions (sliced)
¼ cup fresh garlic (minced)
¼ cup fresh ginger (minced)
½ tablespoons sea salt
½ tablespoon ground pepper mix (black, green, red, ect.)
Step 1: Pat dry shrimp with paper towels. Heat a deep
fryer to 375 degrees. Add shrimp and deep fry for 20 seconds. Remove
and drain on paper towels.
(Makes 3 Servings)
I can NOT remember where I found this recipe. If I find it again, I'll link it up, but it was GOOD!
ummm is that actually a wok you are cooking in? if so why do you own a wok?

Looks good! Do you think the recipe would suffer if yoy didn't deep fry first?
@ Carla: Are woks that unconventional? Most folks I know (self included) have one.

My favorite food is shellfish. This recipe looks great. Unfortunatly my children are deathly allergic to shrimp and crab and have reactions if I just cook shellfish in the house. There seems to be some cosmic injustice in this... Oh well, I guess I'll just live vicariously through your recipes...
