• When you love, you are open to be hurt.

• Put yourself in someone else's shoes. You might understand them better.

• Children really change your life. For the better. Well it changed me for the better lol.

• Burning bridges is bad business. You can't walk across a burned bridge.

• The same isn't always good.

• There is a time and a season for everything.

• It's not meant for everyone to have children. Some people shouldn't be parents. Ugh. Hate to see crap like that.

• If you don't know something, ummm it's really ok to say you don't know. lol

• Children should stay children as long as they can. There is no going back.

• The kindness of strangers is amazing.

• There is a difference between joy and happiness.  I have such joy right now!!!

I wish I had taught my oldest manchild that you can't walk across burned bridges...oh well, he'll learn that soon enough.

When you love you are open to be hurt is SO TRUE but when you love you are also open to be loved back...it feels good being loved back!

You can walk back across a burned bridge..if you take the time to rebuild it BETTER than it was before. It will take plenty time and sweat, maybe even some tears. But if its worth it you'll do it.
Children...whew Lawd! lol 7 more years and I'll be free!

I come here for the sewing fun, but I've always liked reading your ramblings and seeing your recipies...:) the last two times I've run across your site I've had to speak to you...Today especially there are things on your list that I've been going through and needed to hear that I'm not all bad for thinking the things I think....thank you, thank you, thank you...I appreciate your candor and your willingness to be so open with your life...I don't know you but you have touched me and tonight as I sit at my desk trying to hold back the tears I appreciate hearing things that I could not find words for....stay blessed
