I was casually flipping through my magazines when I ran across this picture. LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE this jacket!! Like LOVE IT. When I saw it I already knew what pattern I wanted. The problem? Its OOP and I couldn't find it ANYWHERE. Not even ebay lol.
WELL WHOO HOOOO lol. I did end up finding it and I can not WAIT to make this jacket!
I already have my denim and buttons, see below!!! Just need to see what fabric I have that I can line it with and its on! LOL
I'm ready to get started, but ummmm got a couple other things to do first lol.
Ok, that is all! LOL

I should have my head examined for staying up so late to even make a comment. I love, love, love that jacket. You can dress it up or down. I am thinking about a sequin skirt. I would love to have it in demin and in a wool charcoal gray fabric.

The jacket is very stylish. I know you will do a wonderful job making it. What fabric are you using!

My lightweight jacket is literally falling apart so I have been going through my patterns this week to make a new one before the temps rise again. I have this pattern and love it. I might make it in a corduroy in remembrance of the jacket that I must let go! I'm sure you'll finish yours first! LOL

I used the pattern to make my first tailored wool jacket and it is my favorite jacket and pattern. So easy to work with

You are going to have a nice spring collection. I was reading this blog http://iwasknittogetherinmymotherswomb.typepad.com/i_was_knit_together_in_my/ and she is doing the denim miltiary jacket.

I don't blame you-- I love military-style jackets! I actually do have that pattern-- I made it out of a black wale-less corduroy. (With a few tweaks to get the exact look for the pockets and the epaulets that I wanted!) I may have to pull that one out again sometime soon--a denim one would be a great wardrobe addition!
