Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Boy you should know that........ I've got you on my minddddddddddddd lol What y'all know bout dat!?? I was on Sasha blog yesterday and this came up in her playlist...I started singing in her comment box and forgot my comment!!! LOL
Alrighty now...when Patrice came last month, she showed me how to make soap....BAAAAAAAABYYYYYYY LOVE IT!!! Here are two that I've gotten the kinks out of lol
This one I made for Tony. He loved it! When he ran out he was like you gotta make me some more soap! LOL
It's a goat's milk base and I added this "soapy" lol smelling fragrance and powder pumice. I used a massage bar mold and he said it was great. I didn't get a chance to try this one.
This one was pure LOVE. It's a "butter bar" made from Shea butter, cocoa butter and it has a drop of vitamin e oil in it.... It smells like buttercream icing. Mom loved it. She said she put it down so Ozzie (her mini yorkie) could smell it and he licked it lol. It's NOT food!
The first time I made the butter bar it would NOT set! It was soft and squishy..ewwww. I didn't need to use the citric acid! LOL Lesson learned!!
I'm about to place another order for some more stuff because I have a LOT I want to try out before the holidays!! I love that Tony and my mom are my "testers" lol.
Alright that is it! OHHH look for some scrappies in the next few days ANDDDDDDDDDDDDD some beading! WOOHOOO! I'm sure you can see my knitting under the soap ;-)
Lemme leave you with a parting shot of my latest addiction lol
YUM
Y'all have a great one!
Toodles!
just had to get a picture of those cherries huh?
Okay now I want to know how to make my own soap.. I told you that I do not need another hobby...

When my older kids were younger, we made little soap bars for family for Christmas. They were the clear kind and the kids liked choosing colors and fragrances for their soaps. We even added a seashell from our trip the beach that summer! And it was the best soap evah! Yours looks even better-the butter soap looks dreamy!

Nice soaps.. soapmaking is so much fun.. I use to do it a few years ago but had to leave it alone..along with the soaps I started making the body sprays..the body butters..body soaks..etc...I lost much sleep trying to come up with all these recipes and formula to perfect them..... I miss it sometimes but I prefer my sewing instead.....
