Y'all.....
I had an INSTANT headache when I saw this!!!
We have a family plan....on that family plan we ALL have unlimited text messages.
WHY did these fools charge me for Jaelyn's text messages!!!?!?
My bill is only supposed to be between $130-150 for all three phones. It should NEVER look like this.
Talk about pissed! I just wanted to log in and pay my bill. I did NOT expect to see this.
After almost an hour on the phone and SEVERAL different reps, I FINALLY got the charges taken off.
Seems like there is some kinda glitch with Jaelyn's phone and they have to manually remove the charges.
You BEST believe ya girl will be on top of this!
I got stuff to do. I need to be sleep but I'm up fooling round with these idiots.
I.DON'T HAVE TIME.
UGH.
whoah! that is enought to shake all that tranquility in the previous post. Thank goodness you sorted them out!

This is the reason right now I have a pre-paid cell phone. The cost of talking on the phone has become astronomical. Better off sending smoke signals. It is better than staying up all hours of the morning trying to put the fire out. Most of the cell phone companies (prey) lol!! that you don't look at your bill and just pay it or by the time you do look at the bill you are a few months behind where there is nothing you can do about it but to pay it. Keep on top of it girl. You need that extra money to sew and to knit.

You've got to be kidding me! I'm so sorry you had to go through all that mess. Sometimes technology is a wonderful thing and sometimes it's enough to make a person want to go throw it on the floor and stomp it.

Welcome to the wonderful magenta world of Deutsche Telekom! Germany has a lot of stories to tell about them..
(Yes, "T-Mobile" is nothing else but a subsidiary of the former German state telephone company. They are no longer state company and they changed everything from yellow to magenta... but apart from that you still can have the same kind of fun with them as 20 years ago.)

In the words of Michael Baisden....that's some fragernakel bull. I go over my Sprint bill with a sharp eye every month. I wonder how much $$$ co's make off of customers that don't even look @ their bills.

Girl, you have to be VIGILANT about your bill, especially when you have a family plan! Glad you were able to get the charges off!
Posted by: Charisse | February 12, 2009 at 03:01 PM
I bet the first thing out of their mouths when you called was how it was your fault and not theirs, right? That bill would make my eyes twitch and my heart skip a beat or two. Then someone would get cussed out so badly their dead relatives' feelings would be hurt.

Girl, these damn folk got me reading the laws behind the "other surcharges." That's too much research to have to be doing to make sure you're being served right. You should have asked them what type of compensation you were getting for your inconvenience.

I choked a little bit..da hell kind of TOMFOOLERY is that! I got one for you..how about we got hit for someone else's phone calls. The lady didn't even have tmobile service but they were showing up as mobile to mobile and text for 12 hours in a day! It took FOUR..1.2.3.4 reps and me to lose my mind for them to fix our bill. UGH! Idiots!
Posted by: Trina | February 12, 2009 at 07:01 PM
You gots to watch them, chica...because they WILL try to give you the runaround and BS you until you pay it, even when they're in the wrong.
Greedy little monkeys.

I have T-Mobile and I can't wait until the end of my contract so I can get rid of them. Their service stinks, and I don't mean their customer service. Two summers ago, we were staying at a resort in VA. The sales rep pointed out the new telephone tower and said everyone's cell phone reception had improved with the new tower. I said, "Not mine. I don't have any service at all up here". He said, "Then you must have T-Mobile" I'd just replaced DD's phone and my contract was extended, but the minute my contract is up ………… Bye T-Mobile

I have t-mobile too and I can believe it, I'm happy that you got the charges removed. You and your brother are funny.

I would have freaked out too. I have t-mobile and my family plan is around $180. It wouldn't be that much if it wasn't for my G1 data plan.

Geez Laweez! That's a heck of a bill! Good thing you got it taken care of quickly!

"Then someone would get cussed out so badly their dead relatives' feelings would be hurt."
Wow! How can I acquire this amazing skill? LOL!
I'm glad that you straighten it out!
Posted by: orchidophile | February 14, 2009 at 09:54 AM
That would definitely make me take notice...My kids were texting like banshees and they received accounts for their birthday last year...needless to say after a couple of 3 and 400 dollar phone bills, I had to pay them shits off to shut the accounts down...300 dollars each in early termination fees...I HATE tmobile!
Posted by: Gina | February 14, 2009 at 10:16 AM
Holy Hell!!!
I would be in their face in a hot minute!
Glad you got it straightened out, damn phone companies.
