RAMBLINGS:
Why is it ALREADY JUNE?!
Did you guys have a good weekend? I sure did! My class was loads of fun, Keisha email me, I know you are reading lol.
We had a good low key weekend. I think that may be the last one until the kids go back to school lol.
This week promises to be a busy week as well. We are going to have a great summer! I love doing stuff with my family!

SCRAPPING:
Here is my 2008 summer mini album for the kids. This is the cover:
I love this picture of them!!! This was taken in Atlanta last weekend. I thought this was a perfect picture since we were kicking off our summer lol.
They each have a page that they will add their favorite things about summer before they go back to school. They each decorated their pages:
Once I complete all the pages, I will use my trusty bind it all to seal the deal...woo hoo. LOVE that thing! LOL

SEWING:
Ok..now on to the stash bustin! lol. Like I said last week, I entered the PR Stash contest.
This is mainly just motivation to just get some stuff done that I have really wanted to get done and just haven't lol.
This will also jump start the girls back to school stuff that I TALKED about doing last year but I will do it this year lol. I won't do a FULL wardrobe, but a few pieces here and there.
I will not rush through my projects just for the sake of getting them done..nope. Not worth it.
Sooooooo, if I get through this massive list that I'm about to post...GOOD, if not....GOOD lol. Either way, I will TRY to only work with the patterns and fabrics below lol....wish me luck lol. Y'all know I get distracted easily lol.
Here are my stacks of fabrics lol, I forgot to take a pic of the chiffon that I'm using...IF I get to it lol, and the jersey for my wrap dress..crap lol....and my white linen lol. I just need to take a pic of the stuff I forgot lol.
stack 2 lol
and stack 3
And the patterns I will match them too...hopefully lol.

Good gracious, Adrienne...you EXHAUST me!!! :-) How are you having time to update this blog with ALL that sewing you've got to do? My goodness, you are gonna be BUSY. And just WHEN do you think you're gonna have time to make that dress for me? Huh? WHEN? LOL...just kidding.
I can't WAIT to see all of this stuff when you're done.
Love the picture of the kids, by the way. And what a great idea for them to make their "lists". Brilliant, I tell ya!! :-)

Wow, u will definitely be busy this summer!!!! What a great idea to make an album for the kids summer memories. I am going to do that up front when we go to Branson this year. I Need to do the one from last year. :-)

LOVE the summer mini!!!!!!!

Looks like somebody is gonna be super busy. You are a lot better than me. I always have a ton of things I wann get done but never quite find the time. I have had a few of those patterns for awhile with intentions on making somethings for myself. Maybe seeing you complete yours will push me to try to knock a few things off the list.
P.s. I've tagged you. The details are on my blog.

I'm exhausted just looking at your stacks of fabric and patterns! I agree. Don't rush a project, or you can end up making more mistakes than imagined. Ask me how I know. Your summer album looks so fun! I know your children will enjoy it.

Um. Wow! I love your fabrics and your patterns are fabu! You've inspired me to pop over and join the stash contest. Of course, I will be less organized, because I always am! LOL!

Great pattern selections! I love the Raven Simone one with the wide arms. So cute. I'm going to go look for that this weekend!
That's a great idea for the kids to document their summer activites too.
