Hello all! Did yesterday just DRAAAAAAAAG by or what?!?! I hope today goes by a little quicker. I am really ready for LOST on Thursday! LOL
Here is some progress on my summer shift:
Notice that it is sitting on top of my nice black Books A Million Bag? And not in a bag that could possibly be trash?? Yep...that is what you call LESSON LEARNED! LOL I knit through a movie yesterday, I Could Never Be Your Woman. While it is SOOOO corny and just stupid, it was really funny. I mean I laughed the whole time, and was still able knit. I am however very silly so.....lol. This pic was taken at 4 yesterday afternoon. I have about twice that done now lol. QUICK KNIT!
Did I tell you guys about this?
Yeah, I can't wait. Wonder what I will wear?! lol
I did some scrappy shopping a week or so ago. I pulled these goodies out and still no mojo lol
Cheryl, I only purchased ONE of the MM notebooks lol
I've never purchased an entire line of anything, but I LOVE this MM paper!!
Are you guys going to see The Other Boleyn Girl?? I'm going out with a good friend of mine Friday night and can't wait to see it. Can you say girl's night out? LOL Hubby will be home with the kiddos! NICE! LOL
Oh, did I work on the Vogue jacket you ask? NOPE! LOL I plan on trying again today lol. But I said that yesterday huh? I have to finish. Jaelyn has a dress she wants me to make for her lol, and I have a ton of new fabrics on the way also so I need to get it OFF MY DRESS FORM! LOL
I guess that is all. I think I have rambled enough lol.
Hope you guys have a great day!
Toodles!

Have a great time at the concert. I am going to see her at the Essence Music Fest in New Orleans in July.
Love that MM stuff. Is that the stuff that is at Michael's that everyone is raving about? Well I know the notebook isn't, but is the paper and embellishments? If so, I have to hustle on over there. It's really cute.
Have fun on your girl's night out.

Girl where did you get the new 5th avenue line by MM, and also tell me how you like the huge eyelets and setter. Wanted to buy it, but not sure.
I love Jill Scott, she is great in concert too! She was at the Taste of Chicago, a couple years back. Her and Indie Arie...I was in heaven.

One of my co-workers went to see Jill Scott this past weekend here in Atlanta. She said that Raheem DeVaughn was only on for about 25 minutes!! But Jill was on for about 3 hours! And she did several encores so make sure you don't leave until they actually turn the audience lights on!!!
Posted by: Toni | February 26, 2008 at 04:38 PM
Is a good show! You're gonna have fun!!
Posted by: yaiAnn | February 26, 2008 at 06:13 PM
Can I just tell you that I'm jealous you're going to see Jilly and Raheem?! Dang and ol' girl isn't even coming this way to Denver, I'm so bummed.

Have the best time! I really need to make an effort to see Jill the next time she's in NY. I have not stopped listening to Raheem DeVaughn since I bought his cd. I have plans to see 'The Other Boleyn Girl' this weekend with my cousin.

I love that entire line of MM goodies you purchased. And the litte noteworthy pads are so adorable. :)

I think going to see Jill Scott is a good thing. I did not get a chance to see her in Newark, NJ last year, but shouldn't complain after seeing Terrence Howard last Thursday night. I may see "The Other Boleyn Girl." There is an event in New York City tomorrow where participants can get a free screening pass to preview the movie on Friday, but I do not attend, then I will purchase a ticket for the weekend.
