Happy INSPIRATIONAL WEDNESDAY GUYS! I hope you've had something to eat, because if not, you are about to be VERY hungry!!
This week our interview was with Ivonne from Creme Puffs In Venice. She was SOOOO fun to talk to! She inspired me to pull out my Joy of Cooking cook book. My family and I sat down to pick out something new to cook, so hopefully we will get that done over the weekend. The kids had a GOOD time with that one lol. She also mentioned a few places that gave her inspiration, so I started looking around at La Tartine, and I got LOST, LOL! I stayed on that site for SO long. OMG, so sit back and enjoy a few pics from the site! I just picked pics that I liked lol, then searched for a recipie lol....go figure lol.

At least you warned us! LOL! I am sitting here drinking my TAZO "Refresh" tea and Madeleines I purchased at Starbucks when I started looking at your photos! I am glad I had something to snack on! LOL! It's funny you mentioned cooking. When I saw the Madelines I thought about cooking because I made some cookies before that looked liked them. They do not taste the same though. I was thinking about attempting to make some for myself. I did have a cooking club at my old job. Maybe I should start providing some of my best recipes on my own blog? It's a thought!
Thanks for the inspiration!

I have the cure for that "i don't like rice pudding" -- the best rice pudding recipe EVER. I just might share. Honestly, half the industrial made stuff ... that ain't rice puddin'. Nothing beats a homemade coconut rice pudding. Unless it's ... well, a friend has made a rice pudding that sounds delish and is holding out on sharing the recipe.
So glad that it's strawberry season and that the farmers' market is manana!
Strawberries macerated in fresh orange juice will probably be desert this weekend. Mmmmm!
