Hump Day Ramblings

• There is a blogger I read who has EXCELLENT content, but she NEVER creates paragraphs. It's just one long entry. I can't read that. My mind needs some spaces or something.

• Some fashion bloggers are just plain TACKY. That's not fashion. Well not MY version of fashion anyway.

• Does anyone have a cross platform task list app with reminders? I need one that I can sync between my droid and my IPAD. I was using wunderlist but it's not setting off my reminders O_O

• Just downloaded 5 apps to try. Hopefully I find one that I like AND one that is cross platform so it can sync  with my phone.

• NOW wunderlist is working...the alert isn't loud enough but I did get my email notification. Let me test these others anyway.

• ALARMED IS EVERY.SINGLE.THING!!! I LOVE IT!

• Kayla's pageant was so great! She looked stunning.

• Reading a book about fasting and prayer that is like WOW.

• I love when all the laundry is done.

• Gizmo is SO funny. He HATES my pj pants lol.

• Kayla's blue form expired and she couldn't go to school until she had a new one lol. She now has a new one lol. Don't EVEN ask me how it expired because I have NO idea.

• You need to be careful when you are cutting people off. You NEVER know if you are going to need them again. I see this thing coming FULL circle. Ummhmm.

• We tore through AJ's bday cake lol. It was gone Sunday lol.

• My mom is HILAROUS.

• Sometimes I wish you would just email me. I'll eat a bo berry biscuit instead. *sigh*

• I am my dad's personal assistant. No, really. I am lol.

• This thing is ALMOST over. Just WAIT until it's over so I can tell you all about it. God has been GOOD and He is doing a WORK IN ME.

• Ummm maybe I shouldn't. 

• My mom sent us some Fried Chicken. GOODNESS. It was SO good.

• I need to paint my nails. 

• It's almost Christmas ya'll!!!

• I want my brother to come to church with me Sunday. I'll ask him Thursday lol.

• I love keeping my life lined up with the Word. 

• I've downloaded about 30 or 40 books for my kindle and nook app on my ipad. I probably won't start reading until next year though. Have a few personal goals I need to accomplish first. 

• I need new tires on my car.

 

Ok, that's all I got lol. What y'all got!?!?!? lol

Gizmo is SO cute. I want a Pomsky (Pomeranian/Husky mix).

It IS almost Christmas and almost my birthday *throws confetti*

I got Ryann a tablet/e-reader and I want to immediately go buy myself one! Hmm..maybe the Kindle or Nook will be a bday gift to myself.

I am SO excited for 2012.

I'm pretty much done w/ Christmas shopping. Yassss!

Christmas dinner is at my place, I need to get to placing the Honey Baked Ham order.

I love my family and friends SO much.

I love reading but on that kindle it's hard gotta get use to non books. My hands hurt after holding the pad up for a long period of time. I have not had friend chicken in so long I think I will get some tonight from popeyes. I think 2012 will be a much better year at least for me.

*Meditating and praying now through the 28 days of Advent.

*I agree some fashion bloggers should go back to the drawing board.

*I need to set up my wireless home network this weekend so I could use my Christmas gift to myself -- a Kindle.

*No matter how many tech gadgets come on stream for reading, there's nothing for me like turning the pages on a paper book.

*Elizabeth Zimmerman was a knit genius.

*2011 was better than 2010 but I want to put my foot in 2012.

*I'm designating 2012 as my year of creativity. Better knitting, better photography, start sewing and learn how to crochet.

*I have to purposely listen to God so I could fully live the life He's designed for me.

*Living outside of God's will gives me short term pleasure but long term pain.

*A day off from the rodeo (aka work) tomorrow ... I need it.

*Maybe I can set up my wireless network tomorrow. Hmmm ....

*Maybe I should post this list on my blog ... it's so long ... LOLOLOL!!!!!

I'm enjoying my limbo at the moment, I think. Moved out of the apt in NJ, now chilling with mom and stepdad until my flight leaves for the UK on the 16th!

I'm trying not to be irritated by my cousin's wish for cookie-cutter bridesmaids. At least our hair doesn't have to look exactly the same, right...? *sigh*

I'm trying to start my own blog so I can my friends can keep up with me, and vice versa. But I've never been able to keep up a diary! LOL

You're really not helping with my promise to myself t0 not get a Kindle or Nook...

....and now I want some fried chicken.

I agree with about the blogs--the formless and the tacky. I heard this years ago 'everyone is the star of their own video'. I love Gizmo - makes me want to get a dog. God bless you and happy blogging!
