Soooo I got the Tmobile G2 Today..

Anddddd right now I kinda don't it lol.

I've been faithful to Blackberry FOREVER and well....right now I'm still trying to figure this phone out.

I'm VERY overwhelmed.

It's WAY too much information lol.

I want it to work correctly and right now lol.

And it probably is BUT I don't know what I'm doing lol.

I am supposed to be sewing some jeans, but ummm, all of that went OUT the window when the phone came.

I also got like 3 BAD pair of shoes. OMG total hotness. One pair is going to be my bday shoes lol. I'll make a dress just for those shoes....

Ohhhh weeee lol.

Ok, back to this phone.

My head hurts, but I'm going to figure it out.

I'm now #teamandroid lol.

Ok, that's it.

Let it go...

Sometimes in life you go through things that you may not REALLY want to go through.

Sometimes in life you hold on to things that you really need to let go of.

Sometimes in life you hold on to grudges that are SO old, that are SO dumb-but sometimes you don't see that...right then.

Sometimes in life you are hurt. Sometimes that hurt causes you to hold onto grudges, people and or things that you really need to let go of.

Sometimes holding on to that grudge/hurt keeps you from happiness. It keeps you bitter, and you hold on to it because when holding on to that bitterness, it keeps you close to what you are holding on to.

Does that make sense?

If you let go, you are no longer a part of what you are holding on to.

When you let go, that THING, person, grudge no longer has a part of your life, or power over you.

Sometimes that hurts.

*deep sigh*

It's time to let go.

Maybe none of you have gone through anything like that, but I have and I'm letting go.

I've made both of these before so there is no need for a real review lol. Just getting back into my sewing lol, and yes I made my necklace lol.

I wanted a new look and got some highlights and got my hair shaped up. I love the colors:

I'm supposed to tell 10 things about me lol.

Welllll, let's see...

 

1. I love, love, love music. All types of music. I promise you it doesn't matter lol. A friend of mine calls me a human ipod lol.
2. I miss scrapbooking. I REALLY miss scrapbooking. I was supposed to go to a crop but Aj was sick so I couldn't go. Scrapbooking was my 1st love...well next to photography lol. I fully plan on getting back into it. I have to find a balance for all my hobbies.
3. I love gadgets. Specifically camera equipment, computers and phones. Especially phones. I've been loyal to Blackberry for YEARS and now I'm finally fed up. I pre-ordered the T-Mobile G2 and I can not WAIT to get it. It's SUPPOSED to be here ON OR BEFORE October 6 lol. We shall see.
4. I really enjoy cooking and feeding people. I have my friends over all the time, and I cook a ton of food lol. I never ask them to bring anything except an appetite. There is always enough to send home with them lol.
5. I am SO super excited about my twin brother Andre and his wife Zanete having their first child! YAY! I'm gonna be an Auntie!  Im praying for a healthy baby with ten fingers and ten toes but I'm secretly hoping for a little girl. Shhhhhh, don't tell lol. I bet she has a boy lol.
6. I love to travel.  I have some trips coming up before the year is out and I'm super excited about them.  Next year is going to be a MAJOR travel year.
7. I love my family. We are all very close and that means the world to me. I treasure the relationship I have with my parents. Especially my mom. We went to Hancock for the first time together in over a month. With Tony and Aj being sick, we just didn't have time. We acted a fool lol. Together! I love it.
8. Both of my business-ess-ess-ess keep me very busy lol. I wouldn't have it ANY other way!
9. My birthday is coming up and I promise I'm planning my entire look around a necklace that I haven't even purchased yet. I HAVE to pick that up the first chance I get next week. It's STUNNING. I will sew my dress around that necklace. I LOVE IT lol.
10. My name is Adrienne, and my weakness is SHOES. I recently showed someone a PORTION of my shoe closet lol. They said it was foolishness lol.

Whhhewwww it's been a minute lol

SO much has happened since my last update.

Let's see.....

Tony is doing better and back at work...

Aj has gotten sick and has been out of school for a week. He may still have one more week at home, then he can go back, but he has an enlarged spleen soooo, even when he goes back to school he can't play. AT ALL. Until it has gone back down to size. So no soccer, no rough-housing. NOTHING lol.

THANKFULLY, Jaelyn and Kayla are healthy lol.

Ummmm what else? LOL I don't even know lol.

I did some sewing (like a VERY LITTLE BIT) so I can post that soon, some reading and gonna post my fall/winter knitting project because it will probably take me THAT long to finish it lol.

September Weight Loss Challenge

Single Ma over at Fabulous Financials is having a weight loss challenge.

I have not been consistant with working out since BEFORE my cruise! Y'all know that was in April right? lol I've worked out here or there but NOTHING like I was before.

Finding out about this challenge was the motivation I needed to get it in gear.  Some of y'all might be good at working out on your own, but I'll admit that I've gotten lazy.

I NEED to get this extra weight off me and I need to keep it off.

My goal for the month is 10lbs. That is SO doable.

My eating goals are to watch my portion sizes (since Tony is diabetic, I'm doing this now anyway-everyone is eating better) and eat healthy snacks. I don't give up foods. I say everything in moderation is key. NO WAY I'm giving up cake or cookies or anything like that. I'll just watch what I'm eating.

My exercise goals are to walk/run 3 miles 3 days a week and do my wii fit workout two days a week. That will have me moving and grooving 5 days a week. I WANT to do a low key day of yoga. I've never done it before so this will be intersting! LOL

That's about it. I'm excited AND motivated!
