Pattern Sizing: 7-14
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
YES!
Were the instructions easy to follow? I didn't use them.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? Kayla loved this pattern and she even picked out the fabric!
Fabric Used:Cotton from Gorgeous Fabrics
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I made it longer per Kayla's request. She wanted to make sure it would "twirl" perfectly lol.
I used ribbon instead of fabric for the sash. Kayla thought the polka dot would be the "perfect" touch lol.
I decided since the print was so busy to use bias tape along the hem, sleeves and neckline to kinda break it up a bit.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? This is a good basic dress pattern. I'll make it again if she wants me too. I do however recommend it.
Conclusion: Great basic dress pattern.
OMG, Kayla finally got her dress. doing a little happy dance for her.
It is quite pretty

Cute dress! I love Kayla's embracing of mixing patterns. Very fashion forward. Has she been reading Vogue & Elle lately? LOL! I agree with Lisa, I love to see a little girl dressed appropriately. And she wanted it longer and not shorter? Classy little lady right there.
