I put my tree up maybe two weeks ago? LOL yeah I was worse than the kids. I could NOT wait.
Y'all know every year the colors on my tree change every year lol. I LOVE a good after Christmas sale lol.
ANYWAY, last year Kayla picked our colors...blue, silver and SPLASHES of pink...here is the outcome lol
Want even lights/!?!? USE NETS! LOL. The kids put the ornaments on...It's my job to "pass" them, and put the high ones up lol.
Oops! I forgot to turn a section of lights on lol.
This is the most special ornament ever. It's for Uncle Pat :) I was bawling in the store when I saw it lol. The kids wanted it REALLYYY close to the top. Because he is looking down over us :)

This year instead of our traditional angel (that I couldn't find) We got a star, yep..for Uncle Pat, because he is looking down over us :)
He will SO never be forgotten!

We donate the old ones or the kids use them for their tree. They have a small tree upstairs that is JUST for them :)

Your tree is BEAUTIFUL! We do the same thing a new color and or theme every year, this year my baby boy said NO GIRLIE TREE! LOL! I think he's still upset about me girlie-ing up the black and gold N.O. Saints theme tree last year LMAO! The star is a beautiful honor to uncle Pat. Have a great weekend.

Your tree is so nice. I just have a generic six foot tree decorated in royal blue, white, and silver (Z-Phi) LOL. I am going to look at getting a new tree at an after Christmas sale this year!!

i like the star for a tree topper!! my husband died suddenly at home on 11.07.2009 so i think that that would be a fitting topper as well in our home as well. thanks for inspiring and be blessed!

That is a nice looking tree, Adrienne. I bet you and your family had much fun decorating the tree, this year, as always. Love the snowflakes myself. Especially the one at the top of the tree.
