HOLY CR@P. You made those? I thought when I first saw the picture that you were wearing store-bought pants. Those are totally awesome! They look like they fit you really well too. Way to go.

You did such a good job on those jeans and the top goes nice with it...

Beautiful jeans BUT it's the top that really impresses me. Looks like high end loungewear (the top)...great color choice...stylish and comfy

A+. Me thinks you did good

Nice pairing of the top with the jeans. The thread works well with the top pictured.

Those jeans are soooo cute! Fab job! I could see myself in that hoodie (in about 3 or 4 different colors) too! :)

The jeans look incredible! Can't believe it's your first pair. I've got to get that pattern. LOL

I am in awe of your sewing skills. That outfit is great, but the jeans kill me. It also never occurred to me that they were not just what you were wearing with the top you made!

Hi Adrienne,

Your jeans are incredibe! How long have you been sewing??

Thank you for visiting my blog!!

Ahhh! Girl! Ballin' jeans!

You go Girl!! Great job, with a nice fit.

WOW!!! Sorry, but I'm finna copy, I want the whole outfit. You look great!

Wow. Well work it out then. You should be proud you did a wonderful job. I would be cheesing for months. Go head with your bad self.

Great job as usual!!!!!!! So where do I sign up for lessons?? lol

Aww, Adrienne, you're so cute! Love the jeans and hoodie on you, you did a fabulous job! I'm going to add you to my reader right now so I can keep up with your projects! Thanks for saying hi on sewtakeahike!

Beautiful job on the jeans! The detailing is fabulous! If I could do that, you couldn't tell me nothin!

The jeans are awesome, I'm like you I never thought I'd bother making jeans, but I am inspired! You're looking very trim by the way too!

Awesome jeans! I may have to break down and try that pattern. I haven't seen anyone's come out badly!

Great job on the top and the jeans. I am so loving your outfit!!

You should be proud:) You did a great job on both pieces. Summer is agreeing with you, great tan:)

These are great! I'm one of those that say I will NEVER sew jeans... hahaha.. maybe one day I can join your ranks!

I love this outfit. Your jeans look great!

Those jeans are fabulous!! You should be proud of yourself.

Now I have to find a way to get my hands on that pattern. We don't have many stores in NYC that sell patterns and definitely not Jalie patterns. I keep checking to see if sewingpatterns.com has it but so far no luck. I might have to just bite the bullet and order it from the company.

OMG! I'm so jealous! This is very nicely done! I want this KS pattern so bad! I was planning on making it for Xmas for family. I have the Jalie jeans pattern but haven't made it yet. Very nice!
Can't wait to see your cardigan!

Cute outfit. I agree about the top looking like high-end loungewear. I like the color too.

Adrienne, thank you for introducing me to Jalie 2908. Those jeans look so nice on you. I went over to PR and read other reviews as well.

So super duper cute, I can't stand it, don't tell anyone but I've never made jeans, I might just have to give it a try, yours look great.

I thought those were ready to wear jeans you are the bomb seriously. They look great and I love your top, that will come in handy for football season, putting that in my mental catalog LOL!

I cannot believe you made jeans. You're like Super Woman!

You are now in competition with Patrice for best topstitcher! We may have to have a stitch-off! The hoodie is off the chain. I need one in every color! *pulling out a Pantone color guide*

I'm hatin' on your fabulous hair *and* jeans. Hmph.

I love love the jeans...OMG can't say this enough!!!!Girl this is on point

Holy cannoli, I'm beyond impressed with the jeans. It would never have occurred to me to sew something like that, scares the heck out of me just thinking about it!! Way to go!

Wow, I love the whole outfit! Those jeans really came out great. Almost makes me get over my fear of making a pair....but not quite.

Wow, the jeans look fantastic! The top too! Great job.

My My, I love your jeans, and the top, what a great job you did. Did you say your first pair????? What an awesome job. I bought the pattern in June, I guess I have to try it out too, I hope it fits me like yours. It looks so fabulous on you....way to go girl

I LOVE your jeans!!! I keep saying I won't make jeans but then I read another review of the Jalie pattern. I know I will eventually try to make them.

Very nice job!!!

Wonderful outfit. Girl, you are rocking those jeans. Nice job on both garments.

LOVE the jeans - you did such a great job - makes me want to try!!! (I really don't like jean shopping...)

Once again, you knocked this set out of the ballpark. Now, I have to check out the Kwik Sew (I actually already have the Jalie pattern -- I'm just too lazy to trace it).

those are incredible! I would be so proud of myself too!!! Maybe one day I'll work up the nerve...

Greattttttttt Job!

Barbara

Girl you did the dam thing!!! These jeans are the bomb!!!! The pullover is nice too..just what I need for my son's football games..NICE JOB!!

I am kinda' speechless!! You made a pair of jeans?? JEANS?! You are good! Everything looks great and great on you!

The countenance is the portrait of the mind, the eyes are its informers.

Oh, my! I love the work you've done and the fit of the jeans! I might give it a try...a little intimidated though.
