I wouldn't have ever seen this pattern had it not been for Subversive Sewer's blog! That is one thing I LOVE about blogging lol. Ya just get so much inspiration! LOL
Misses' dresses are very close-fitting, have a slightly dropped waist, and flared skirt. View A is strapless and has stitched elastic at the top edge.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Were the instructions easy to follow?
I didn't use them.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
If I could do anything differently, I would have used a wider elastic instead of what the pattern called for. I think it would have given it a smoother finish. IMO.
Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made:
I underlined the bodice using the same fabric because the jersey I used was thin.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I doubt if I will sew it again this season but I highly recommend it.
I think I'm done with maxi dresses for the season lol. This was the last one I REALLY wanted to make lol. I'm doing pants, pants, and MO PANTS now lol.
