I stumbled across your blog a while ago and LOVE reading it!
I have to leave a comment because I have just made that chocolate cake (the recipe you gave a few months back) and its a huge hit here!... its been slightly modified as the weights for the packet mixes are slightly different here in Australia, but its worked out perfectly!!... so thanks a bunch for a fab quick recipe.
