How was your weekend? Mine was pretty good!! The weddings are going great...LOTS of photographs, but heyyyyy that's what I do baby!!! LOL
I FINALLY used my mixer....woo hooo.

Oh don't you LOooooove the stand mixer? I just got mine a week ago and it's amazing. I love it for making bread & pizza dough.

Yes, the chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches are addictive. I've finally ran out of cookie dough and won't be making anymore (my hips can't take it) I guess I should have mentioned I let to cookies cool, add the ice cream and then wrap them up in wax paper and put them back in the freezer for a few hours. You have to do this when no one is around, otherwise your family won't want to wait!!!
OH. Love the LO with the prima flowers - I must have missed those (LOL)

FYI...if you were making cookies with the mixer in the picture you posted you had on the wrong attachment. That balloon whisk is for whipping egg whites and such. You need to use the flat beater.
I did the same thing the first time I used my mixer !!!
