VIDEO TIME! LOL
I need some suggestions for a nice little romantic getaway...early/middle February.... NO more than 4-5 hours drive time OR 3 to 4 hours flight time....that I can enjoy from Friday until Sunday. NO KIDS ;-) (GOOD fabric,scrapbook,or yarn shopping, would be nice, but NOT required lol) I have a couple things in mind already BUT I'm open to suggestions! :-)
And that is all I have for today! Tomorrow? Some new LO's! YAY! LOL

Check out the Apple Vacations and Funjet Vacations sites for last minute deals to the Caribbean. Jamaica is THE PLACE to go for that type of romantic getaway. There are a ton of all-inclusive resorts (Sandals is my favorite). There are also deals on Costa Maya (down the coast from Cancun) resorts.

Hey You! I just casually turned on the video and then, wham, there was my name being mentioned!! LOL You know that it's NEVER a problem. Those kiddoes can pop by any ole time they want to! Btw...I think they had a great time (Delaney popped over there around 11 and she is STILL there!! lol)

And, oh gosh...I forgot some getaway suggestions!
I'd say to drive...Nashville, or Savannah (LOVE that place; but it would take you longer than that to drive), or I've had some friends tell me that Helen, Georgia is a cool little getaway town. To fly...I have always wanted to go to San Francisco or NYC for the weekend. Shoot, just forget it being a romantic getaway, and it could be a girlfriend's weekend!! lol

Gullah Island is my suggestion, for two reasons... I have never been there, although I've been close TWICE in the past three years, and never been able to make the detour. Also, there is a lot of history and great touring there, and they are known for quilting, crafting and fiberarts.
My second suggestion would be NYC, because, well, we've got it all...
