ah.. gorgeous!! I love sewing only on paper, so far :) and girl i INK everything :)

Your cards are lovely!

I'm still laughing from your previous post...

Nice tutorial, the 1st pic is lovely!

I think it is neat you can intermingle both crafts together! :o)

I am excited about working on my cards and knitting together soon!

I really need to buy a sewing machine. Now, I don't sew on my pages as it takes me too long to finish it. I've tried it 2 or 3 times.
Love, Isolde

Love it!!! Dana

Great card! Saturday I went to the Scrap Addict for a full day of scrapping. I have a template for stitch guidelines and I decided to pull it out for one of my layouts. The ladies there went crazy! It was really funny! The lady behind me screamed "She's stitching on her layout!" and they all came running to see what I was doing and asked me how I figured out the stitch lines. I gave a mini tutorial and they were in awe! How fun! I love the card! It's really cute!

Have A Good One!

i think i am going to maybe break down and get that janome mini for sewing on my paper...i've sewed on it with my good machine and i am just so leary of that....

thanks for the tutorial and noel's kits are the BOMB girly!!!

Love your new projects, and I do want a simple Target sewing machine to sew on LOS and cards!! :)

When I made my wedding invitations, I sewed a straight stitch with silk thread around the card to add a border. I love how stitches look on paper!

I love your cards!!! But there's no way I'm sewing on my pages...I have that old Sewer's Block (from like junior high home ec!)

I want to scrap soon!

That's really cute! I like the idea of combining sewing with cardmaking!

You are such the expert blogger. Cute cards.

Great card. Have been making a bunch of cards lately and have thought about sewing on some, but haven't yet.

Love the card. I have a book that suggests practicing stitches on paper. Does that harm the needle or machine? I'm sure this ? pretty much lets you know that I'm a newbie to sewing.

I'm sooooo doing this before the end of the month!

My kids (ME) bought me a Janome sew mini for Christmas and I have been so busy that's it's still looking at me from inside its box saying "open..open...open"! And once I get my desk cleared that's the first thing I'm setting up!!

Girl, you are so talented. I love your scrapbook pages.

I have to agree with Pirouette!

I think I can sew on paper, I just need to figure out how to thread my machine. lol I'm going to put that on my to do list this weekend:)

Yes! Yes! Yes! Scrapbooking orgasm. HAHAHAH. Okay, but really- combining sewing and sbing is so smart. I love using the zig-zag stitch, but don't like dragggggiiiinnnngggg out my heavy a*s Bernina.

But- today I thought of you because... I think I am going to use Amy Butler's yoga bag pattern and fabric to make a cute yoga bag case!!!! What do ya think??!?!?

Beautiful card...! I like the idea of incorporating sewing with paper art :)

Just the other day at a antique shop, I found a vintage book about sewing incorporated with knitted items. Very interesting

Thanks for sharing.

I like that card! And putting a stamp on the back is a fabulous idea!!

Very cute! I love making cards.

awesome tutorial, i need to get me a sewing machine for scrapping.

Incorporating sewing with your scrapbooking is a GREAT idea! Well done!
