Beautiful knitting, Adrienne! Love the capelet especially. And, I love the way your kitty is looking in that pic.

Have a GREAT weekend... Your sewing machine will be there soon! :)

Oh girl.. I LOVE that song.. I was planning on blogging that on Monday!!! Oh I love it!!! I got them BG albums too :) Still feeling sick! ;0

^ Yeah she has a way of blogging ahead of folks about topics you are feelin'!! :op Haha I just think we are like minded women! :o)

Okay I really like your Flair and you make me want to pull out my yarn and CO.....almost! LOL The sleeves look great!!!!!! :oD And you gotta tell me what I need to do with the button band PLEASE!!
I wish I had a Hancocks here...I love the buttons!

And look at your caplet!! That is a fast knit and can see why you want to make another one! Haha!....mmmmmh add to que??

Gurl right now you should be over there sleep! Like I need to be...I am going back to bed. I had a really good time last night so I am sure you are having a blast!!

Oohh yeah and what are rubons?? (the whole time I thought it was a typo and you meant ribbons! LOL)
I am SO out of touch with the scrapping world now! LOL

Inspiring as always. Thanks for sharing a bit of yourself with me.

I love the sweater. And I can see why this song had you and your hubby dancing. I got up and wiggled around a little myself while it was playing. I absolutely love Alicia Keyes' songs.

Thanks again! And keep dancing!

Sonya

Flair and the Caplet are super cute! I love your caplet...I still need to get a closure for mine too!! I'm thinkging about a decorative hook and eye type thing....

First off: top loading is so much better because you can FELT if the need arises.

Also, loving the Flair! The color is gorgeous. Also, how could I ignore the precious (albeit sneaky looking) kitty?

Girl you are quite the knitter. I love that Alicia Keyes song too and J. holiday Bed.....

I really like the Flair and the capelet too! I cannot believe how fast your knitting has progressed! I still cannot block, lol! I do have a front loading machine and I can tell you that while it does not hold as much as my old top loader, it is more energy efficient and I have a centrifuge that makes those jeans and stuff feel almost just damp instead of wet.

Very nice tops! Like sewing patterns too!

Everything looks great! Yay for new appliances! I love that Alicia Keys song too! When does her album drop? You know I will be all on that just like I copped that Jill Scott.

I really like the capelet, and I haven't done too many button bands either myself, so it's definitely a process that you get better at. I love the color of Flair. What does it look like if you just buttoned the top button?

Yay on the washer!

Great job! Both items look great. I really love your Flair - I like the longer length!

Woo and hoo! Love both the FOs, thanks for not making us wait. They both look great, but I really like that capelet. I've seen it before, but wasn't sure if I liked it, but I like the look of it on you.

Love the sweaters......maybe change out the buttons with different funky ones then you won't notice they aren't lined up

Kudos to you......I am knitting-challenged. At least my sewing is a little better, not much better but a little bit *lol*

Ok, off to cut out some top patterns to sew this week--see you inspired me to learn to sew for myself :O)

I love that song! Oh and the new washing machine! LOL

I'm really liking that capelet--very nice!

Amazing how new appliances can seriously thrill us. It just makes life easier! More time for knitting.
I like the asymmetrical buttons. The little shrug is super cute!! I need to make one!!

"Dancing" eh? ;-)

I love Flair. I didn't even notice the buttons 'til you said something! Too cute. And the capelet is adorable. Great job!

Two finished garments! I'm jealous. My life is so crazy that I can't even finish a pair of footies!

On a side note, I hate the blinds in my house too.

aaah, flair looks gorgeous on you! i absolutely LOVE that color!!! ROFL @ the kitty slinking into the picture. you can tell she's a girl, LOL!!!

i'm lovin' the caplet too. very cute and accentuating of the female form! Love that color too. :-D

You are so beautiful, hon! Remember Psalm 139, He knew us,a nd made us BEAUTIFUL!!! BTW, love the Alecia my friend! She'ss been my gal since high school! Thanks for the video. I would say I'd kill for her abs, but I remeber Psalms...

Both your knitting FOs are awesome!!! Not being able to sew has paid off in knitting work, YAY!!

Hey Adrienne!

You are on knitting fire! Especially love that Flair!! That's a great color on you. And that kitty is adorable!

those HS ghost shapes. i have to get some of those. i love the butterflies and stars! and the variety pack of chipboard shapes too. love those.

don't forget you can use a metallic paint pen to color those chipboards, and trim the edges of the ghost shapes.

Your sweaters are very cute! Terrific job!

Congratulations on the new washer!

I can't wait to see your new scrapbook projects.

Cool song!

Flair looks GREAT. I was all set to start Juliet. But I've seen your Flair and a few others as well. Now I don't know which to start. LOL! The capelet looks like a fast knit. I really enjoy seeing what you buy for your scrapbook projects.

Hi Adrienne:

I really like those knitting projects. They came very well and look very nice on you.

I love the caplet and congrats on the new washer & dryer!!!

Love your Flair! I've got to cast on for that.

You are just so talented! Love your new sweaters! And I'm so excited for you getting your new machine--yea!! BTW, speaking of machines, which sewing machine did you decide on? I'm currently using a basic Singer but I do want to upgrade eventually, so I can't wait to see what you go with.

Now doesn't that just feel better to have gotten Flair off your needles? =) Great job on everything!
